Ex-Iran cyclist Behrouz Rahbar dies

TEHRAN – Former Iran cycling team captain Behrouz Rahbar passed away on Sunday.

Rahbar died at the age of 73 in Tabriz.

Rahbar competed in three events at the 1972 Summer Olympics.

He also won gold medal in the 1974 Asian Games in Tehran.

The Tehran Times staff offer heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family.
